We have tried to make shipping costs as transparent and fair as possible.
The standard cost to ship to any address within Australia is $10.00.
If your total order is $100 or over, shipping is FREE!
How long will it take to receive my order?
We always try to keep stock on hand so we can usually ship on the same day you place your order (if it is before about 1pm AEST). If you place your order after 1pm we may need to hold off shipping until the next business day.
Occasionally we may not have all items you order in stock, in which case we will let you know how long until they are back in stock and a revised delivery date.
Who will deliver my order?
At this stage we use Australia Post to ship all orders.
What if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
The standard Australia Post procedures apply, usually a card will be left indicating where you can collect your item from.
I haven’t received my order – now what?
On the rare occasion that delivery has taken longer than anticipated please email lindsay (at) tillix.com.au. We will take a look at your order details and try to locate your order.
We believe 100% in our performance tuning products
A large amount of time and effort has been taken to develop, test and evaluate our performance tuning products. Although we don’t manufacture these products ourselves, we do test them regularly to make sure they are suitable for purpose and have the quality we expect.
If you receive a faulty product, or the product does not meet your reasonable expectation of quality, please email lindsay (at) tillix.com.au with your concerns. We’ll do our best to make sure your product is replaced or you are refunded the original purchase price.
