Our Toyota 2H 12HT Turbo manifold is manufactured from SiMo ductile cast iron and is suitable for HJ40, HJ60 and HJ75 Series Toyota Landcruisers. Low mount Turbocharger position as close as possible to factory 12HT position.
Our exhaust manifold has been engineered to use a split pulse design that provides a significant improvement over traditional merge or log-type manifolds by keeping the exhaust pulses separated before they enter the turbine housing. This results in increased cylinder scavenging, increased torque, and power across the RPM range, as well as a better response from the turbocharger.
Perfect to couple with a T3 based turbocharger such as a Garrett GT2860 or Mitsubishi 16G while turbocharging a naturally aspirated 2H or upgrading your 12HT turbo to a T3 based Garrett, UFi, Pulsar, Borgwarner or similar turbo.
Turbo manifold finish
The exhaust manifold will come as a raw finished product or HPC coated in extreme temp black – please choose when placing the order.
All exhaust manifolds will come with:
- Pressed Stainless Turbine to manifold gasket T3 Open X1
- High tensile steel studs for fastening the turbo to the manifold M10 X 1.5mm into the manifold (or optional Inconel Studs) X4
- Stainless washers X4
- Wurth copper-coated lock nuts M10 X 1.5mm X4
Optional Inconel Studs
Our Inconel 625 studs can also be optioned for extreme temp applications if required. The 2H 12HT platform uses 8mm studs to secure the manifold to the head. Our long series Inconel 8mm stud would be a suitable upgrade for the OEM Toyota studs.
