Tillix 1HD-FTE Billet Stainless EGR Blanking Plate
Clean up the engine bay and properly blank the EGR port on your 1HD-FTE or 1HZ exhaust manifold with a plate that’s actually built for the job.
Thin laser-cut slip-in plates often bow under exhaust pressure and leak over time, especially once the EGR pipe is removed. This plate is CNC machined from solid billet stainless steel so it stays flat and seals properly for the long haul. The thickness also lets you keep the original manifold studs — no need to fight with seized studs or switch to short bolts.
Two 1/8″ NPT ports are tapped into the face so you can run an Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) probe and an Exhaust Manifold Pressure (EMP) sensor (or leave them blocked with the supplied plugs).
