Complete replacement tuning kit for 1HZ Boost compensated pumps that come factory on the 1HZ 79S & 105S Landcruisers.
This kit has been designed specifically to replace the Aneroid components inside the fuel pump. A simple drop-in replacement that will work perfectly well with all turbo kits that are produced for the 1HZ.
No more grinding of aneroid pins to achieve a good AFR curve, and no need to touch the fuel screw.
On a factory-calibrated fuel pump, this setup will produce 17:1 AFR off boost, and 20-22:1 AFR on boost with 10-12PSI of boost pressure. Nice and clean with very little smoke low down, and safe AFR for towing when on boost which will keep Exhaust gas temperatures low. Higher boost pressure will reduce the EGT again, but much past 15PSI is not going to gain any more power or torque as the fuel pump is at its upper delivery limit by this point.
This kit utilizes the #2 Aneroid pin with the Light duty spring.
