Inconel Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit ZD30 CRD/DI Patrol (8 Stud Kit) OLD STYLE NO INTERNAL HEX DRIVE

$96.00

Old Style inconel stud without 5mm allen key internal hex drive.

These are the same Inconel stud that we have always sold, but are at a discounted rate to move the older stock that doesnt have the internal hex drive.

Inconel Alloy exhaust manifold stud kit to suit ZD30 Patrol (8 Stud Kit)

Exhaust manifold studs made in Australia.

These studs will not stretch or break as the factory steel items do. This will prevent repeated repairs to the exhaust manifold as is common place with most CRD/Di and TD42 Patrols.

These studs are 10mm x 1.5 into the head and 1.25mm external thread pitch.

Prevailing torque locknuts are German made Wurth items with Australian made 316 grade stainless steel washers.

Inconel 625 offers superior resistance to fatigue from heat and pressure well above standard high tensile steel fasteners which ensures the correct clamping pressure is always applied during its service life.

Detailed information on the properties and makeup of Inconel 625 can be found on the following web site.
